From the Start of Construction to the Completed Project

A vision becomes reality: Months of planning, thousands of decisions, and strong teamwork condensed into a few seconds.

Our time-lapse video shows the transformation from a former auto repair shop into a modern residential complex that, with 61 apartments, a versatile commercial space, and parking spots with electric charging stations, makes a sustainable contribution to inner-city redensification.

Many thanks to STRABAG, the EHL Real Estate Group, OPTIN Immobilien GmbH, and all other partners for the successful collaboration!
