Handover of the RathausQuartier, component A2

We are delighted to announce the successful handover of the apartments in building section A2! This building is another important milestone for the Rathausquartier. The first residents can look forward to modern living in a well thought-out neighborhood development.

Sustainability and quality of life are the focus of STC Development GmbH – not only in terms of resource-saving construction, but also through the long-term enhancement of the entire neighborhood.

The letting of the apartments has now begun and is being managed by our valued partner Raumgut Immobilien GmbH. The first viewings are already underway and we look forward to welcoming more residents to this lively district soon.
