Working on the water

FARO, our “lighthouse” in PIER05, combines working, living and gastronomy under one roof. As a prelude to the quarter, directly opposite the “Seestadt” underground station, FARO creates a lively arrival point with a clear orientation and urban character.

The commercial and office spaces on the 1st to 3rd floors offer flexible floor plans, generous room heights and clear structures that enable modern working environments. In addition, there is a multifunctional room on the 1st floor that can be used in a variety of ways.

On the ground floor, FARO opens up the quarter to the Seestadtpromenade: along the lake, arcades create weather-protected open spaces for gastronomy and contribute to an active, attractive base zone that invites people to linger and meet.

With FARO, STC is driving forward the realization of a versatile, future-oriented building component on the waterfront.
