Opening in Dornbirn

Another fine milestone in the Vorarlberger Hof Dornbirn project in Eisengasse Dornbirn.

The official opening of MAXUNDSTELLA’s new commercial space was celebrated on 05.03.2026. We are delighted to welcome the first satisfied tenant to the new Vorarlberger Hof building and the extension in Eisengasse.

STC Development GmbH was able to support this project from project development to project management and local construction supervision. It is all the more pleasing to see how the new spaces are now filling with life and making a further contribution to a vibrant city center.

We wish Max and Stella a successful start, many satisfied customers and are delighted that they are now part of this project.
