A neighborhood continues to grow together

With the non-profit housing developer ÖSW Group (Österreichisches Siedlungswerk Gemeinnützige Wohnungsaktiengesellschaft) as our partner for the subsidized areas in QUARTIER VIER am Biotop Wildquell, we are entering the next development phase and thus consistently continuing the development of the neighbourhood in the north of the Biotop Wildquell urban development area.

The project is part of the large development area and combines living, working and leisure in the immediate vicinity of the future publicly accessible landscape park.

What is particularly important to us is the added value for the entire neighborhood. QUARTIER VIER is a diverse district that will create new qualities for the neighborhood through sustainable, holistic neighborhood development. QUARTIER VIER is part of the urban development around the Wildquell biotope. A key component of this overarching district development is the opening up of the three-hectare park directly adjacent to QUARTIER VIER, which was previously not accessible to the public and will in future be available as a high-quality recreational and meeting space for the neighborhood and residents.

New cycle paths and footpaths, the planned Benyastrasse S-Bahn station and a balanced mix of uses create the basis for a district that is designed to transcend individual building plots and create long-term quality for the district.
