Dear Katharina, what do you consider to be the most important role of the overarching project management team in the AM KEMPELENPARK neighborhood development project?

“For me, she is, above all, the unifying force behind the entire project. We bring together different perspectives, provide direction, and ensure that the shared vision for the neighborhood remains intact in the day-to-day work of the project. Especially with complex developments, you need someone who keeps an eye on the big picture.

With 𝗔𝗠 𝗞𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞, a new urban neighborhood is taking shape, in whose development numerous partners are involved and where many different interests converge—from housing to educational and recreational offerings to commercial activities. Our role as the overarching project management team is to continually align all these components with our shared vision. After all, a neighborhood isn’t created by individual projects, but through the collaboration of all stakeholders. That is precisely where I see our responsibility: forging connections, coordinating developments, and ensuring the long-term quality of the neighborhood.”
