AM KEMPELENPARK represented as an example of best practice
On November 11, 2025, the wohnfonds_wien’s “Quality in Neighborhoods – QSB 2024” reflection meeting will take place at the Architekturzentrum Wien. The focus will be on the quality advisory board processes of current neighborhood developments, including AM KEMPELENPARK, Süßenbrunner Straße West and Nordwestbahnhof.
We are delighted that AM KEMPELENPARK is being presented as an example of best practice, a district that combines sustainable urban development, networked green spaces and innovative working environments.
The talk will be moderated by Silvia Hofer and accompanied by inputs from the chairpersons Rudolf Scheuvens and Regina Freimueller Soellinger. This will be followed by an exchange on the experiences, focal points and future topics of the Quality Advisory Board.
