As a construction technician, you are part of our experienced ÖBA team. You will impress with your organizational skills, reliability, accuracy and team-oriented way of working.
Your tasks
- Überwachung und Koordination der Baustellenabläufe
- Erstellung von Ausschreibungen sowie Einholung und Prüfung von Angeboten
- Vergabe und Abrechnung von Bauleistungen
- Terminplanung und -kontrolle
- Unterstützung bei der Bauüberwachung bis zur Übergabe an den Bauherrn
- Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung
Your profile
- Abgeschlossene HTL-Ausbildung (Hochbau, Bautechnik o. Ä.)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika) von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
- Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Interesse an Bauprojekten und technisches Verständnis
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office, Ausschreibungssoftware von Vorteil)
