As a student team and project assistant, you support the team in the implementation of innovative and challenging projects in the Vorarlberg market and are responsible for administrative and organizational processing as an interface. You will impress with your organizational skills, reliability, flexibility and understanding of project processes.

Your future areas of responsibility:

  • • Supporting the team and the team leader in all organizational, coordinative and administrative matters and project support
  • • Coordination of appointments and preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • • Support in the coordination of construction sites until handover to the client
  • • Creation of status reports, meeting minutes and to-do lists
  • • Internal and external communication

    • • Reliability, flexibility
    • • Very good knowledge of MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • • You bring a lot of commitment, are team-oriented, have a structured way of working and have a high level of problem-solving skills

    We offer you the opportunity to work on exciting and challenging projects in cooperation with well-known project partners in the Vorarlberg real estate market, a young, motivated team with flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths as well as a pleasant and employee-friendly working atmosphere.

    A monthly salary of € 450.00-550.00 is offered for this part-time position of approx. 7-8 hours per week.
