We are delighted with the ongoing successful, partnership with RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH on the construction of the High Five residential tower on Bulgariplatz in Linz. For the ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group real estate group, 328 modern rental apartments with unbeatable views and an urban living concept are currently being built here. Marketing of the apartments by EHL Immobilien Group and 3P Immobilienmanagement GmbH has already begun! High Five stands for modern and urban living in the heart of Linz. With generous spaces for home offices, yoga and co-working as well as five green roof terraces, the building offers future residents maximum flexibility and quality of life. STC Development GmbH has taken on the project management and project control for High Five, realizing a future-oriented, sustainable concept through forward-looking coordination in all project phases. Our aim is to design projects that make ecological and economic sense. During the planning and execution phases, we constantly took care to optimize and manage the processes with the various project participants in order to contribute to the success of the project. A big thank you to our partners from RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH, who are responsible for on-site construction supervision and technical building equipment, for the smooth and successful cooperation so far.
