A first look back at our High Five project: 328 rental apartments with well thought-out floor plans, five green roof terraces with views, flexible commercial space and high-quality fittings – in the middle of Linz on Bulgariplatz, with excellent connections.

STC project manager Yvonne Schrank and our project partners Sebastian Wahl and Max Thumfart from RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH share their perspectives on the project: on smooth interfaces, reliable construction coordination and attention to detail, i.e. precisely those factors that ultimately ensure quality of living, flexibility of use and long-term added value for the location.
