Construction site update – ODO 25

Things are progressing rapidly at the Odoakergasse 25 site: work on the ODO25 construction site is progressing according to plan and important milestones in the construction phase are currently being implemented.

Now that the bored pile wall has been completed, the earthworks have begun: Excavation down to the base of the construction pit is in full swing. At the same time, preparations are already underway for the installation of the geothermal probes – a central component of the project’s sustainable energy concept.

The foundation stone for 61 modern residential units and an attractive commercial space was laid with great care and precision. ODO25 stands for sustainable construction, smart floor plans and urban living in a prime location in the 16th district.
