ODO 25 – Execution of the bored piles

April 1, 2025 saw the official start of construction for the ODO25 residential project in Vienna’s 16th district. Since then, work has been progressing rapidly: after STRABAG set up the construction site, work began on installing the bored piles. At the moment, a drilled pile wall with a bracing horizon is being created – a precise and important step in securing the construction pit.

This section is expected to be completed by mid-May. This will be followed by the excavation and installation of the planned geothermal probes – another milestone in terms of sustainable energy supply.
