A new quarter in the historic town center of Hohenems
On 27 September 2025, we celebrated the opening of the Hohenems town hall with numerous guests and thus the successful completion of the RathausQuartier, which we were able to realize as a consortium together with Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH.
The town hall is part of the RathausQuartier, which combines living, working and meeting in the historic town center in a forward-looking way.
Together with Markus Schadenbauer, STC was responsible for project development and management. STC was also responsible for the overall business management, tendering, construction supervision and local construction supervision (ÖBA) for the RathausQuartier.
