STC hasdeveloped and built a six-storey residential project with a total of 147 rental apartments and 258m² of commercial space in Vienna’s 22nd district, Erzherzog-Karl-Straße.

The building is temperature-controlled via component activation, with heating and cooling being generated using a water-to-water pump. In this way, a pleasant indoor climate can be achieved through a sustainable solution.
