As the centerpiece of a new center in Vienna’s 22nd district, the VIENNA TWENTYTWO with its two towers visible from afar represents a new landmark. The realization of the project, which consists of a total of 6 buildings, is trend-setting for the urban development and real estate upgrading of the district. The project was developed by STC DEVELOPMENT together with the Vienna Business Agency. A fund of the City of Vienna until the zoning became legally effective and was sold to a consortium consisting of SIGNA and ARE Development at the end of 2016.

STC DEVELOPMENT was subsequently commissioned by the new owners with the project management and local construction supervision for the entire project.
