On behalf of Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH, STC has taken over the tendering and local construction supervision for a residential complex in Wagnerstraße in Hohenems.

The new building has created six high-quality, barrier-free condominiums with 2, 3 and 4 rooms in a sustainable mixed construction in a central, quiet location.
