The WILDQUELL-NORD project area with a total area of around 12,840 m² is located at Wiegelestraße 12 in Vienna’s 23rd district and was purchased by STC in December 2021. Prior to the demolition carried out in winter 2022/2023, the site was occupied by a vacant and dilapidated office building including logistics halls dating back to 1970.

The project is currently in the rezoning phase and provides for the construction of around 32,300 m² gross floor area with mixed use (residential and commercial).
