The Kubus office building we constructed in Vienna’s TownTown district, which is also home to our Vienna headquarters, represents our long-standing commitment to sustainable project development and energy-efficient construction.
With around 6,500 m² of rentable office and storage space and 76 parking spaces, Kubus offers its tenants an attractive working environment that meets the highest standards of comfort and efficiency. Thanks to innovative component activation for heating and cooling, combined with district heating and cooling, the building’s primary energy consumption can be significantly reduced – a pioneering contribution to climate protection and energy efficiency.
The ÖGNI – Austrian Sustainable Building Council and the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council also recognized this well thought-out concept: the cube was awarded two PLATIN certifications, the highest recognition for sustainability in the construction industry. Strategically located in the TownTown district, the cube also offers ideal public transport connections and access to a wide range of services such as a central reception area for tenants, access control systems and more. Sustainability, innovation and responsibility – with the Kubus, we at STC Development GmbH have already set standards in modern project development during the construction of the building.
