High Five – The plinth zone is fully let

Another milestone for High Five in Linz: the commercial base zone has been fully let! With FITINN and Sparkasse Oberösterreich, two strong tenants have been acquired who will enrich the project with their offerings and create valuable added value for future residents and the surrounding area.

The tenant fit-out is already in full swing so that both the fitness center and the new bank location can celebrate their opening in the summer. A great sign of the attractiveness of the project and a significant step towards revitalizing the Bulgariplatz location!
