Over the past two years, the new Vorarlberger Hof building has created an ensemble that rethinks living, working, gastronomy and retail in the heart of Dornbirn’s city center.

As STC Development GmbH, we support the project throughout its entire life cycle – from the initial idea to development and project management through to local construction supervision. Particularly exciting: the role as client representative for two clients at the same time, the Arbeiterheim association and E4 Investment GmbH, in order to bundle interests and create real added value for all parties involved – from the owners to the city to the future users.

Inner-city redensification is no coincidence, but part of our daily work. The shared underground car park with just one entrance and exit, an efficient energy concept with geothermal probes and the intelligent linking of the three buildings reduce traffic volumes, make smarter use of space and at the same time create a better quality of life in the city center.
