High Five, Linz (A)
STC is developing and building the “High Five” project in Linz, Bulgariplatz, together with RoomBuus Holding GmbH.
A building is being constructed on a site area of 3,625 m², which has two wings along the street, each with up to seven storeys above ground and a tower with a total of 21 storeys. The building has a full basement with a two-storey underground garage in which 156 parking spaces will be created.
The utilization concept envisages a “Long Stay Boarding House with Home Offices”, in which 328 attractive and efficient apartments will be available in combination with flexibly usable amenity spaces. In addition, there is commercial space on the first floor of approx. 1.500 m².
All of the building’s roof areas will be greened, of which approx. 1,600 m² will be made accessible for use by residents as intensive green roofs. Taking into account the requirements of urban mobility, over 570 bicycle parking spaces will be provided and 30 car parking spaces will be equipped with e-charging infrastructure.
