Construction site update – Marktstraße 52 in Hohenems

The project by Schadenbauer Projekt- und Quartierentwicklungs GmbH at Marktstraße 52 in Hohenems is visibly progressing – significant progress was made in July in both the listed old building and the new building:
In the old building, the old roof truss and parts of the existing walls were removed, the new attic floor was erected in timber construction with a new roof truss, historic windows were installed on the street façade, the copper sheeting on the roof was added and the staircase was completed in exposed concrete.

In the new building, windows in the special “Abendrot” color were installed, the flat roof was formed, greened and equipped with a photovoltaic system. Work also continued on the interior – the first drywall work was carried out.
