PIER05 – New model in Seestadt Aspern

The new architectural model of our PIER05 has been installed in the Seestadt showroom and can now be admired there. Made by the Stocker model workshop, it shows on a scale of 1:500 how our project will blend harmoniously into its surroundings directly between the lake and the underground station and complement the skyline of Seestadt.

With around 300 apartments, 5,000 m² of office and commercial space as well as restaurants directly on the lake and along the Seestadtpromenade, a quarter is being created that combines urban living, working and meeting, thus creating important added value for Seestadt Aspern.

We are delighted that PIER05 can now also be experienced in the model and already provides a glimpse of the neighborhood of tomorrow.
