QUARTIER FOUR at the Wildquell biotope

QUARTIER VIER in Vienna’s 23rd district is a new living space that combines urban living with natural recreation. One highlight is the opening up of the previously private park: around 30,000 m² of green space, originally laid out in the style of an English landscape garden, is being made accessible to the public for the first time.

Gentle pathways, biotopes, soft lighting and near-natural play areas ensure that the park retains its character and can be experienced in a variety of ways at the same time. This creates a natural space that enables recreation, encounters and exercise in the middle of the neighborhood.

Directly adjacent to it, QUARTIER VIER blends into this green environment with living, working and leisure facilities. The development follows the principle of “densification with foresight” and creates a climate-resilient district in which people and nature are in harmony.
