Focus on neighborhood development – Sustainable urban development requires holistic approaches

Especially at a time when projects are becoming increasingly complex due to diverse requirements and difficult framework conditions, clarity is needed – and sustainable, future-oriented urban development.

In order to contribute to the creation of liveable and functional urban districts, STC takes a holistic, integrative approach to neighborhood development: We think of spaces not only in terms of their structural function, but always in an urban, social and ecological context.

For us, this means a well thought-out mix of residential, working, educational and leisure uses, a high proportion of high-quality green and open spaces, as well as concepts for mobility, energy supply and ground floor use – everything belongs together and is considered together from the outset.

What counts for us is the constant work on urban spaces worth living in, with a clear focus on quality, feasibility and the needs of future users.
