Review of a successful year
2025 was a year full of dynamism, responsible project development and joint successes. In a challenging market environment, we were able to push ahead with numerous projects and achieve important milestones:
Start of construction and rapid progress on our sustainable residential project ODO25 in Vienna-Ottakring – we are already looking forward to the upcoming topping-out ceremony together with STRABAG Bau and the start of letting together with EHL Immobilien Group and OPTIN Immobilien GmbH
Successful completion and handover of the High Five in Linz to the ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group together with RoomBuus Baudienstleistungs GmbH, major letting success by EHL Immobilien Group and 3P Immobilienmanagement GmbH and receipt of ÖGNI – Austrian Sustainable Building Council Gold Certification including ÖGNI Crystal Award
Katharina Haider-Putz elected to LEADERSNET Austria HUNDRED UNDER FORTY 2025
Handover of the RathausQuartier in Hohenems and ongoing construction progress at Marktstrasse 52, the Vorarlberger Hof in Dornbirn and the project in Hard
Completion of the partial renovation of the tower façade of Peak Vienna in Vienna-Floridsdorf; further conversion and extension work carried out on the existing building
Building submission for the four structures FARO, ANCORA, NAVIS and PORTA of our flagship project PIER05 directly on the waterfront, right in the heart of aspern Seestadt powered by Wien 3420 AG in Vienna
Building submission for our sustainable and flexible commercial building TragWerk in the new urban quarter AM KEMPELENPARK in 1100 Vienna
Successful completion of the technical due diligence for the acquisition of CAE Vienna in Schwechat – STC Development supported INVESTIKA together with other partners such as EHL Immobilien Group
Development of QUARTIER VIER at the Wildquell biotope in Vienna-Atzgersdorf enters the next phase – the dedication was approved by the municipal council
Nadja Holzer awarded the CÄSAR – The Austrian Real Estate Award in the Real Estate Expert category
More sustainable energy supply through PV system on the roof of our Vienna office building KUBUS, implemented in collaboration with Klenk & Meder GmbH
