Discover the Viennese landmark on a city tour
We’ve never seen The Metropolitan like this before: Along Route 15 “New Quarter. Old garden. Noble facades” from the book “10,000 steps in Vienna”, you can experience the 19-storey building from a completely new perspective. This picture impressively shows how the Metropolitan shapes the Sonnwendviertel with its modern architecture. Developed and built by STC Development GmbH for ARTINVEST and planned by Delugan Meissl Associated Architects, The Metropolitan is a modern and visionary building that captivates with its iconic architecture, high-quality materials and contemporary design approaches and enriches Vienna’s urban landscape. With 370 thoughtfully designed residential units, spacious balconies and loggias as well as communal areas such as a roof terrace, gym and co-working space, it offers its residents an urban lifestyle at the highest level. We supported this project from the initial idea to the handover of the keys: Project development, general planning, project management and local construction supervision were all in our hands – another successfully completed project that we look back on with pleasure.
