Hands-On Experience with the Circular Economy

At AM KEMPELENPARK, the circular economy is clearly evident in the demolition process. In collaboration with Lindner, existing raised-floor panels from the 1980s are being carefully removed, refurbished, and prepared for reuse in another project. To this end, the existing carpet is being removed so that the panels can continue to be used as a high-quality resource.

For us, this is more than just recycling—it’s true reuse and an example of how existing materials can be kept in the cycle in a meaningful way. Especially at
a project like AM KEMPELENPARK, where an established site is being developed step by step, this responsible use of
resources is a natural part of the process.

The collaboration with Lindner builds on a long-standing partnership and demonstrates how a circular economy can work in practice.
