A Look Behind the Scenes

With our ODO25 project on Odoakergasse in Vienna’s Ottakring district, we have created a modern residential complex with 61 apartments, almost all of which feature private outdoor spaces. The on-site amenities are complemented by a versatile commercial space located in the quiet inner courtyard.

In addition to architecture and functionality, one thing in particular was a key focus: sustainable living. With geothermal energy, heat pumps, a green courtyard, and green facades, we are consciously committed to future-proof solutions for urban housing.

The location is also a major plus—with excellent public transportation connections via the U3 and S45 subways, as well as several tram and bus lines, and at the same time, short walks to green spaces such as the Kongresspark and Kongressbad, Wilhelminenberg, or the Steinhofgründe.

As STC, we managed the project holistically, from project development and general planning to technical representation of the client.
We are particularly pleased that all of the apartments have already been fully leased and handed over to their new residents. The consistently high demand from our partners at EHL and OPTIN demonstrates that our project precisely meets the market’s needs in terms of concept, location, and execution, and impresses with its quality.
