At PIER05, well thought-out open space design meets urban vibrancy and intelligent development. A high proportion of greenery not only ensures a pleasant microclimate, but also creates space for recreation and increases the quality of life for residents and visitors alike. At the same time, the gastronomic use of the arcades on the first floor enlivens the quarter and gives the location a lively, urban flair. The routes are carefully planned: Whether to the subway, the lake or the restaurant mile – PIER05 offers short routes and flowing connections that optimally open up the area. There is a lot of know-how behind this concept: DnD Landschaftsplanung has succeeded in meeting the high demands placed on a busy access zone and at the same time designing a high-quality place to spend time.
