From vision to reality

At Bulgariplatz in Linz, an exceptional residential and commercial location has been created in a short space of time: 328 rental apartments, five green roof terraces, flexible-use rooms and high-quality commercial space – in the middle of the city and with excellent connections.

Behind this visible success is an equally impressive team effort. From the initial concept to the planning, submission and building permit, the start of construction through to completion and handover to the ZBI Zentral Boden Immobilien Group at the end of May 2025: every single step was a joint milestone.

The fact that the handover was able to take place around three months ahead of the original schedule is primarily thanks to the great, cooperative partnership throughout all phases of the project.
