STC presents: PORTA at PIER05

In Seestadt Aspern, PIER05 is an urban quarter on the waterfront – an interplay of living, working and leisure that sets new standards. The project is characterized by four components with their own individual character – today’s focus: PORTA – connection and exchange.

Located directly on the lake, PORTA opens up the space for encounters. On the first floor, a catering area of around 330 m² invites people to linger. The upper floors offer around 1,075 m² of modern, flexibly divisible office space – each with a view of the lake. The terrace on the 2nd floor offers additional working space with open space quality.

A special highlight: the striking arcade on the first floor is architecturally continued upwards and staged as a city balcony. In combination with the direct access to the lakeside promenade, a lively meeting place is created – open, inviting and full of possibilities.
