Construction progress at High Five – on the home straight

The High Five project at Bulgariplatz in Linz is making great strides towards completion! Following the dismantling of the large crane, construction of the outdoor facilities along Wienerstraße has begun. The final work is also underway on the roof terraces – and as soon as the temperatures rise, the green areas can be seeded to bring the greenery to life.

At the same time, technical approvals and inspections are running at full speed to ensure that everything is finalized on schedule. All the floor coverings in the building were laid at the beginning of February and the interior work is also progressing rapidly: the carpenter has been on site continuously since January 27 to complete the kitchens in the tower from the 5th to 20th floors.

The development of lettings is particularly pleasing: 85 apartments have already been let – a great sign of the attractiveness of this project!
