Between aspiration and reality – and in the middle of it all, the question: How do we get projects off the ground successfully today?

At the panel discussion organized by Forvis Mazars in Austria and VÖPE – Die Lebensraumentwickler, Nadja Holzer, together with Christian Grabmair (Zirngrast Group) and Roland Salomon (FMA | IFMA Austria), talked about how possible bridges can be built between aspiration and reality and what we as developers are currently facing: increasing requirements on the financing side meet economic and regulatory framework conditions that are putting projects under increasing pressure.

This is precisely why formats like this are so valuable. The direct dialog with representatives from financing, regulation and development makes it clear where there are problems – but also where joint solutions can be developed.

Our conclusion: we need more understanding for each other, differentiated approaches and, above all, the will to break new ground together.
