We are delighted about the ÖGNI Gold pre-certificate for our TragWerk am Kempelenpark! The pre-certificate confirms our commitment to sustainability and quality in the planning and development phase.

TragWerk is a modern office and commercial building directly adjacent to the new Kempelenpark, embedded in the development of the district and creating a working environment that is effective in everyday life: with flexible spaces, room for exchange and short distances to the outdoors.

The concept is also technically designed for efficiency and comfort. The concrete core activation ensures draught-free temperature control and is supplied by the building’s own air-to-water heat pump. Photovoltaic systems on the roofs provide additional electricity for operation.
