New project website for ODO25

The new website for our ODO25 residential project is online! In Odoakergasse in Vienna’s 16th district, a sustainable residential complex is being built with 61 apartments and a courtyard house that is ideal for use as a studio or office.

Generous open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows and well thought-out floor plans create bright, friendly rooms with an urban character. The energy-efficient operation and the DGNB German Sustainable Building Council pre-certification in gold underline the high quality standards that STC Development GmbH pursues in the development and implementation of projects.

We are delighted that our new website lives up to the project’s aspirations and offers interested parties not only comprehensive information about the project, but also the opportunity to make a reservation for the apartments and the commercial unit. This will keep future users up to date with important news about the project.
