AM KEMPELENPARK – A neighborhood continues to grow together

With the sale of the building plots earmarked for subsidized housing in the future quarter AM KEMPELENPARK to Port Folio Immobilien GmbH, we have reached an important milestone for the next development phase and are systematically continuing the integrative development of the quarter. Together with the non-profit developers Heimat Österreich, Frieden and WBV-GPA, we are creating a district that offers a diverse and balanced range of living and working spaces.

What is particularly important to us is the added value for the entire district. On a former industrial site, a climate-fit, urban quarter is being created with high-quality living space, social infrastructure, educational opportunities and a large, publicly accessible park with valuable old trees, which offers residents and neighborhood alike a high quality of stay.

The “green ribbon” created by linking the green spaces from Sonnwendviertel to Kempelenpark and Laaer Berg, the balanced mix of living, working and learning and our overarching project management are creating an urban quarter that is conceived beyond individual building plots and connects across district boundaries.
